Job Description

•  Data Management: Aggregate and process complex datasets (e.g., Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions, energy usage, waste management, and supply-chain logistics) across multiple business units. Being the key user and process owner for the Carbon Accounting Software used globally.
• Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy by cross-referencing with utility bills, invoices, and operational logs to ensure audit-readiness.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reporting aligns with regional mandates and global frameworks such as ESRS, GRI, TCFD, ISSB,
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., using Power BI or Tableau) to track performance against climate targets.
• Strategic Insights: Identify usage spikes or negative ESG trends, investigate root causes, and recommend operational improvements.
• Product Carbon Footprint - PCF: Coordinate the preparation and provision of PCFs for products (livestock equipment) and customer projects (meat and egg production).
• Customer Projects: Support the Environmental Solutions Team in determining the Carbon Reduction potential products in customer applications  

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Experience with carbon accounting software is a major plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and established ESG frameworks.
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate large, unstructured datasets
• Independence & communication skills: Willingness and capability to independently work on the above-mentioned topics, including the ability to communicate with colleagues in different countries
