Job Description

 

  • Prepare full sets of accounts which include preparation of journal entries and accounts reconciliation
  • Handle day-to-day accounting functions such as data entry of transactions into the accounting system, invoicing, payments, receipts and etc.
  • Preparation and submission of bi-monthly SST return.
  • Prepare monthly staff claims for payment.
  • Prepare monthly, year-end and ad-hoc reports.
  • Responsible for the submission of statutory accounts and liaising with the external auditors
  • Performs other ad hoc accounting assignments as assigned

Job Requirements

 

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/LCCI or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 year relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Other experience/skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting system (i.e. Xero and Autocount) and MS Office
  • Meticulous with a sense of urgency and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English
