Job Description

• Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Develop and oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, and social media content.
• Planned, launched, and managed digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g.Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik-Tok Ads).
• Maintain, monitor & improve website health & accessibility. Improve website visibility in search engines through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Develop and oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, and social media content.
• Manage and grow social media profiles, engage with followers, and create shareable content.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
• Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including content creators and analysts.
• Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Micellanous tasks to support the team will vary according to the sector and the superior's remit.
• Any other duties to be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possessed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Professional Certification, and its related field.
• Knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running SEO campaigns.
• Solid understanding of web metrics, and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
• Able to chum out reports and understand the correlation of data for both SEO and SEM practices with other digital platforms
• Strong management skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
