Job Description

 Overview of the Position:

The position handles payroll administration, employee insurance and benefits, HR system (HRIS) records, and supports daily HR operations. This role also assists in all areas of HR to ensure smooth processes, accurate employee data, and timely support for staff.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

Payroll Administration

  • Update and maintain payroll records, including salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors (if applicable).
  • Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies

Benefits Administration

  • Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., medical, insurance, leave, allowances).
  • Liaise with insurance providers and vendors.
  • Handle claims, enrollments, and benefits-related queries.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy related to compensation and benefits.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports.
  • Support system improvements and process automation initiatives.

Policy & Process Improvement

  • Assist in developing and updating C&B policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation and internal controls.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency and improvements.


Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and compensation & benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Work location: Bukit Jalil (Near to Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
