Overview of the Position:

Are you tech-savvy, a natural problem solver, and love figuring out how applications work? We are looking for an Application Support to keep our business applications running smoothly and support our internal teams.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

  • Be the Tech Go-To: Manage day-to-day operations for our internal applications, handling user setups, granting permissions, and ensuring everything runs beautifully.
  • Troubleshoot & Assist: Act as the first line of support for our internal teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.) when they run into application hiccups or need help navigating a system.
  • Keep Data Clean: Help maintain system health by managing data, generating simple dashboards, and ensuring our information is organized and accurate.
  • Supercharge Customer Journeys: Work on automated email marketing journeys and look for ways to leverage AI features to boost engagement.
  • Data & Insights: Create clean, easy-to-read dashboards that help management see the full customer lifecycle from click to resolution.
  • Team Enabler: Conduct casual, friendly training sessions and create quick user guides to help our teams get the absolute most out of Salesforce.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Tech Savvy: A good understanding of workflow automation and data management.

  • Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have, but NOT required): Any exposure to CRM systems (like Salesforce), automated workflows, or creating basic reports/dashboards is a plus!
  • Work location: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
