Job Description

• Carry out internal pre-inspection of completed works before consultant, authority, or client inspections
• Identify defects, incomplete works, and non-compliance issues
• Support the team in preparing inspection reports and documentation.
• Verify rectified works before calling for official inspections
• Check finishes, alignment, functionality, and workmanship quality
• Record findings accurately and maintain proper filing of records.
• Support project team during official inspections if required
• Maintain inspection records, photos, and reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Estate Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of inspection procedures and documentation is an advantage.
• Experience with defect management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
