Job Description

 

  • Administrative Support: Assist with updating employee records, maintaining databases, and filing HR documents.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Onboarding: Help organize and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits, and assist in resolving employee issues.
  • Event Coordination: Participate in planning and executing company events and training sessions.
  • Data Management: Collect and analyze HR data, producing reports on employee turnover, performance evaluations, and other metrics.

Job Requirements

 

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to HR initiatives.
