About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales & Operation Executive to join our dynamic team at bean n joy enteprise'. In this full-time position based in Klang, Selangor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring seamless operations for our growing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
3. Coordinating daily operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services
4. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
6. Providing administrative support to the sales and operations departments as needed

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
3. Strong organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
4. Proficient in using sales and operations management software and tools
5. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
6. Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Klang, Selangor
