Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Client Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality sector. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Commission based as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, target markets, and business opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
     
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
     
  • Sales & Negotiation: Convert leads into opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
     
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve company objectives.
     
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
     
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
     
  • Reporting: Track KPIs, including leads generated, deals closed, and revenue growth, and provide regular updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum High School or Diploma qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality.
     
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, hospitality, beauty, or customer service.
     
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; knowledge of Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
     
  • Well-groomed, professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
     
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events or client meetings.
     
  • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and customer service.
