Job Description

• Create original, high-quality content (videos, graphics, copy) for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
   
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
   
• Research trends, formats, and platform algorithms to optimise content reach and engagement.
   
• Handle content production including filming, photography, basic sound recording, and editing.
   
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
   
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and running interactive activities.
   
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, branding) to ensure cohesive messaging.
   
• Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
   
• Use analytics insights to improve content strategy and campaign performance.
   
• Support promotional campaigns and assist with visual marketing materials when required.
   

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Creative, or related field.
   
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
   
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
   
• Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices.
   
• Proficient in video production and basic editing.
   
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
   
• Independent, proactive, and highly organised.
   
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
   
• Proficient in English; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage.
