Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing professional support while driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client enquiries via online platforms (email, social media, website).
     
  • Provide professional customer support and follow up on client requests.
     
  • Arrange, coordinate, and confirm client appointments.
     
  • Introduce, explain, and promote company services to potential and existing clients.
     
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system accurately.
     
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
     
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and customer care processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (training will be provided for fresh candidates).
     
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
     
  • Pleasant, professional, and positive personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
     
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
     
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools and CRM systems.
     
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple client interactions effectively.
