Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional facial treatments and skincare services to customers
• Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments based on customer needs
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and treatment room cleanliness
• Follow BeautyFull Medispa’s standard treatment procedures and customer service flow
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive treatment experience
• Follow up with customers for appointments, treatment progress, and repeat visits
• Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the branch team
• Achieve personal service and sales targets

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,000
• Commission: RM5,000 – RM10,000++

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Beautician / Beauty Therapist is preferred
• Strong knowledge in facial treatments, skincare, and customer service
• Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry
• Good communication skills and a positive working attitude
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Able to work on shift schedule
• Candidates with sales experience will have an added advantage
