Working Hours:

Shift-based schedule
Rest Day: Once a week on weekdays
Monthly Weekend Off: Two days on weekends, subject to branch arrangement

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth outlet performance
• Lead, guide, and motivate the branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor team performance, service quality, attendance, and work discipline
• Ensure customers receive professional service and a positive experience
• Oversee customer follow-up, appointment management, repeat visits, and customer retention
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Train and coach team members in service standards, sales skills, and daily workflow
• Monitor branch sales performance, conversion, customer satisfaction, and team KPIs
• Prepare and report branch performance updates to the management team
• Support company campaigns, promotions, and branch growth strategies
• Maintain a clean, professional, and well-organized branch environment

Job Requirements

• Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetic, wellness, or service industry management is preferred
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Outlet Manager, Beauty Consultant, Senior Beautician, or Team Leader will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to lead a team and drive sales performance
• Target-driven, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Good understanding of customer service, sales conversion, and team management
• Able to work on shift schedule and follow branch operation requirements
