We are seeking a Building Facilities & Maintenance Executive to oversee factory and building maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and compliant working environment.

Building Facilities & Maintenance Executive:

Involve in managing, maintaining, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all factory and building facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory and building maintenance operations.
• Maintain and monitor factory air-conditioning systems (AHU, split units, basic HVAC).
• Handle general maintenance works:

      >Cleaning and housekeeping coordination

      >Water leaking and plumbing repairs

      >Painting and touch-up works

      >Door, window, lock, and hinge repairs

      >Lighting, switches, and basic electrical works

• Conduct regular inspections and identify repair or improvement needs.
• Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, complaints, and emergency situations.
• Maintain records for maintenance work, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, factory standards, and BOMBA requirements.
• Monitor and maintain fire safety systems (fire extinguishers, hose reels, alarm panels).
• Support management with facility-related administrative and operational tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in factory, building, or facilities maintenance, preferably in a Food & Beverage manufacturing or processing environment.
• Knowledge of air-conditioning systems, electrical, plumbing, and general repair works & factory maintenance operations.
• Basic knowledge of BOMBA and fire safety requirements.
• Experience supervising contractors and service providers.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple maintenance issues.
• Willing to respond to emergency maintenance when required.
