Job Description

• Help review and verify documentation submitted by loan applicants (e.g., business licenses, bank statements, SSM docs).
• Assist in the initial credit assessment process under supervision of credit analysts.
• Ensure data is accurately entered into the loan management system.
• Assist in preparing financial reports such as cash flow statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.
• Support analysis of loan performance metrics, repayment trends, and default rates.
• Help track KPIs relevant to SME/MSME lending (e.g. average loan size, approval rate, repayment rates).
• Organize and maintain compliance and audit-ready documentation.
• Assist in mapping and improving internal operational workflows (e.g., onboarding, disbursement, collections).
• Work with the operations team to identify inefficiencies and suggest digital or process-based improvements.
• Support communication with SME/MSME clients regarding disbursement schedules, repayments, and document follow-ups.
• Attend team meetings and contribute insights during brainstorming or process review sessions.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, credit, and tech teams to understand broader company operations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.

• Self-organized person and Eager to learn.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.).
• Internship period: 3-6 months
