Job Description

  • Ensure customer database and pricing are input correctly
  • Determine the complexity of the contract and resolve problems and gaps in pricing component of the system
  • Ensure the billing invoice, credit note, debit note, correctly issue before due date.
  • Ensure branch or on consignment stock inventory item and quantity are accounted for.
  • Ensure Branch stock inventory requirement are up to date before the due date.
  • Understand and setting all branch margin, billing method and branch profile.
  • Prepare management / salesman of the branch /consignment counter report which include the discrepancy report.
  • Support branch/consignment counter in form of the necessary documentation
  • Preparation and submission of the sales report to consigner.
  • Update of branch/consignment monthly sales report
  • Manage and guide subordinate when or where necessary.
  • Works directly with sales, customers and warehouse with a clear understanding of the operations
  • Works closely with Finance team to ensure all billing being capture correctly and on a timely basis
  • Perform any other duty assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in business or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoints).
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
