Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Strong selling abilities effective teamwork and communication comprehensive product knowledge adept customer relationship management attention to detail and excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Achieve sales objectives across multiple stores by implementing solid sales strategies and ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Accountabilities
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Maintain stock levels within the designated holding days.
  • Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Execute sales strategies to effectively promote products and achieve sales goals.
  • Oversee deliveries and manage returned goods while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Plan schedule and visit stores/customers to promote products and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Manage inventory with well-tracked stock movements relating to orders and returns.
  • Ensure prompt payment collection and regularly review customers' payment statuses.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and implement actions to improve sales performance.
  • Foster and sustain customer relationships through excellent service and constructive feedback.

Job Requirements

  Requirements

  • PMR SPM Diploma in Marketing and Sales or a related qualification
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least years of experience in retail is required
  • Proficient in English Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
