Job Description
This roles requires the person to be effective and a multi-tasker. To be this efficient requires you to be detailed and result-oriented. Solving problems and managing last minute changes would be your task as you will spearhead the event into success.
- Assisting the team on day to day tasks as and when required
- Assist with Senior to manage projects with tight deadlines
- Manage internal events related to company (i.e. Events, Outstation business trip, media conference, etc)
- Plan and execute PR, media, and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Liaise with media partners, influencers, and clients to coordinate content and branding activities
- Create marketing materials, press releases, and social media content in line with campaign objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting and post-campaign reviews
- Assist in branding, media coordination & event planning
- Support corporate premium gifts coordination
- Handle basic bookkeeping
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- Minimum 1 years working experience / fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate and writing in Mandarin (preferred)
