Job Description

• Assist in preparing payment schedules, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reports.
• Support invoice processing, document filing, and financial record management.
• Maintain and update fixed asset registers and finance-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Ensure proper organization and maintenance of financial and administrative records.
• Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
