Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new customers through cold calls, walk-ins, networking, referrals, events, and online outreach. 
  • Participate in trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to generate leads and promote the brand. 
  • Conduct product demos and clearly explain how our solutions improve business operations. 
  • Tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs of F&B, retail, and hospitality clients. 
  • Build strong product knowledge across key features from the solutions 
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding process. 
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and work toward exceeding monthly/quarterly goals. 
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM. 
  • Focus primarily on new customer acquisition with minimal account management duties. 
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior. 


Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous sales experience in any industry is a plus. 
  • Experience and understanding in Fintech, POS, F&B, Retail, Services or related industries is advantageous. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. 
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events. 
  • Possess own transport
