We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the finance department by managing administrative tasks, processing financial data, and ensuring smooth daily financial operations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting accounting functions.

<li>Manage day-to-day financial administrative tasks, including data entry and filing</li>
<li>Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements and other financial records</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding invoicing and payments</li>
<li>Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies</li>
<li>Maintain and organize financial documents and databases</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed</li>
