Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our dynamic event marketing team. Specialising in brand experiences, exhibitions, and immersive activations, we bring ideas to life through visually engaging and impactful design.

In this role, you will support the development of compelling visual assets across a wide range of event projects. From corporate events and product launches to exhibitions and on-ground activations, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of each experience while ensuring consistency with brand and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptualisation and execution of visual designs for events, exhibitions, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project goals.
• Develop creative assets including event branding, key visuals, digital content, print materials, and environmental graphics that enhance the overall event experience.
• Interpret design briefs accurately and translate them into visually appealing layouts with strong attention to typography, colour, and composition.
• Support the creation of mockups, presentation visuals, and simple 3D or spatial visualisations (where applicable) to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure all design outputs meet brand guidelines, production requirements, and quality standards across both digital and print formats.
• Collaborate closely with account servicing, production, fabrication and internal teams to ensure designs are practical, feasible, and executed accurately.
• Adapt and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring timely delivery within project deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry developments to continuously improve creative output.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within event marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Strong foundation in design principles including layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into clear and engaging visual designs.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of motion graphics or 3D tools (e.g. After Effects, SketchUp) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of print production processes and digital design requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
