We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage events from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proposal development, planning, executing, and delivering events within defined timelines, budgets, and scope, while ensuring exceptional outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires a focus on seamless event execution, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to create memorable experiences. 

• Coordinate project planning to meet requirements, target audience, and goals efficiently.
• Offer creative ideas to enhance project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create detailed project budgets and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Engage vendors and suppliers to establish beneficial partnerships through negotiation.
• Ensure smooth operation coordination among various teams and departments.
• Implement effective communication strategies to align stakeholders effectively.
• Supervise project team members to optimize their performance and productivity.
• Review project details to ensure preparedness at every project milestone.
• Execute projects flawlessly, resolving any issues promptly.
• Assess project outcomes, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Formulate proposals that meet brief requirements and client expectations, staying up-to-date on social media trends and emerging technologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin may be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel if required.
