We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and highly capable Senior Event Executive to support the planning and delivery of high-quality events for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end event operations, managing client expectations, and ensuring all project deliverables meet our standards of excellence. This position requires strong communication skills, solid project management capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Event Planning &amp; Coordination Support the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of events from start to finish. Ensure all logistical elements venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and resource planning are efficiently managed.</li>
<li>Client Liaison Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive and professional relationships. Ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered throughout the event lifecycle.</li>
<li>Project Management Oversee multiple event projects concurrently. Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all tasks progress smoothly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Proposal Development Assist in preparing well-structured event proposals, including concepts, objectives, budgets, timelines, and vendor recommendations that align with client needs.</li>
<li>Vendor &amp; Supplier Management Coordinate with vendors, venues, and contractors to secure required services. Support contract negotiation and ensure all partners deliver according to agreed standards.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams—creative, logistics, production, and operations—to ensure seamless integration of all event components.</li>
<li>On-Site Event Management Lead and supervise on-site setup, execution, and teardown to ensure flawless delivery and alignment with client expectations.</li>
<li>Documentation &amp; Reporting Maintain organised project documentation, including contracts, budgets, invoices, and event reports. Prepare post-event evaluations to support continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Problem Solving Identify potential challenges proactively and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth event operations.</li>
</ul>
