• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Capture photos and videos during events, exhibitions, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Produce creative short-form videos, reels, and visual content that reflect the company's brand.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, company branding, and event promotions.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English. Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an added advantage.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
• Basic photography and videography skills are highly preferred.
• Creative, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and provide on-site content coverage during events when required.
• Passionate about social media, content creation, and storytelling.
