Ben K Dental Laboratory is seeking an Admin Assistant to handle essential tasks like unboxing, data entry, allocation, and packing. If you’re ready for a steady role where you can make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Main Tasks:
- Unbox denture cases and sort received items each day.
- Allocate denture pieces to respective trays for technicians to work on.
- Organize and label items to ensure everything is where it needs to be.
- Perform data entry to ensure accurate records of denture cases.
- Pack completed dentures for dispatch, making sure everything is secure and labeled correctly.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- A reliable person who enjoys structured, repetitive tasks.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy and organization.
- No previous experience required, but an administrative background is a bonus.
- A quick learner who can master our processes with ease.
Work Culture:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
