As a Marketing Executive, you’ll have a hands-on role in almost everything we do! From planning events to managing social media, you'll get a true start-up experience.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing
• Social Media Management: Own our social media presence! You’ll create and post content, run campaigns, and interact with our audience across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging, fun, and informative content around herbal wellness (posts, blogs, videos) that tells our story and educates our audience.
• Email Marketing: Write and design email newsletters, promotions, and drip campaigns to engage and retain our customers.
• SEO & Analytics: Optimize content to improve SEO rankings and analyze website and social media performance to guide future campaigns.
• Brick-and-Mortar Marketing
• Event Planning & Execution: Help us organize and participate in events like wellness fairs, farmers’ markets, and community gatherings to spread awareness about our products and brand.
• Pop-Up Shops & Local Partnerships: Set up and manage pop-up stores, collaborate with local businesses, and build relationships with like-minded brands.
• Market Research & Strategy Development
• Audience Research: Understand our target audience by keeping up with trends, researching customer demographics, and identifying opportunities to connect.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ activities, learn from the market, and help shape strategies to stand out.
• Brand Building: Work with our team to develop and refine the brand’s tone, voice, and unique selling points (USP) across all platforms.
• General Marketing Support
• Campaign Planning: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant experience)
• Learning Mindset: Eager to learn & passionate about new exposure.
• Experience: No prior work experience required, but knowledge of digital marketing or social media is a plus.
• Availability: Ready to start and adapt in September 2025!
