Job Description

 - Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals (HNWI) and loyal customers. Manage a portfolio of clients and proactively reach out for appointments, events, and new product launches. 

- Assist customers in selecting luxury jewelry, providing styling advice, and answering any product related questions. 

- Represent the brand at exclusive client events, trunk shows, and private viewings. 

- Ensure the jewelry display is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with the latest collections. 

- Track sales goals, customer preferences, and trends in the market to inform business decisions and strategies. 

- A strong enthusiasm for high-end jewelry, its craftsmanship, and its cultural significance. 

- Ability to address customer concerns promptly and effectively. 

- Strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals with minimal supervision.  

- Understanding the diverse tastes and preferences of an international clientele, particularly in luxury markets. 

- Knowledge of sustainable practices within the jewelry industry, including ethical sourcing and environmental responsibility, which are increasingly important to luxury consumers.  


Job Requirements

 - Possess 2-5 years of experience in high-end retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, or fine jewelry

- Preferably woman

- Having your own customer base is an advantage.

- Familiarity with luxury jewelry, high end watches, and fine accessories. Understanding of key brands, trends, and customer expectations in the luxury market.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle operational tasks efficiently.

- Prior experience in retail or operational roles is an advantage.

- Expertise in precious metals, lab gemstones, lab diamond grading, and the design and craftsmanship of luxury jewelry pieces.

- Comfortable using retail software, point of sale systems, and social media platforms to enhance customer interaction and track sales.

- Proficient in both English and Malay.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on our luxury jewelry collections.

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces to suit their style and preferences.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless daily operations.

- Perform tasks that may involve standing for extended periods and light lifting, such as organizing displays.

- Strong passion for jewelry and customer service.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, especially during peak shopping seasons or special events.

- Working hours 11am – 7pm
