Job Description
- Handle day-to-day credit control and administration functions and activities.
- Attend to purchasers’ enquiries.
- Prepare weekly aging reports.
- Prepare and issue all required letters for progress billing and payment collection.
- To monitor and follow-up the progress of payment from purchasers.
- To handle all documentation and coordination with solicitors and financial institutions on loan documentation and disbursement.
- To handle all documentation in relation to issuance of individual titles under the new Housing Act.
- To handle vacant possession inclusive of coordination with internal departments.
- To handle daily administration activities with property software, MHW.
- Any other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
- Candidates with 2 years’ working experience are preferred but fresh graduates are more than welcomed to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Microsoft/Excel/MHW literate.
- Self-motivated, committed, a team player and results oriented.
- Hold a valid driving license.
