Job Description

Oversee construction activities and financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, specifications, and quality standards.

Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective execution, cross-site coordination, and alignment with organizational goals.

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with all safety, legal and regulatory requirements, while managing documentation, permits, contracts, and reporting.

Identify, assess and manage risks while keeping stakeholders informed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Extensive experience in managing earthwork and infrastructure projects with proven track record of successful project delivery.

Strong command of budget, timeline, and quality control.

Knowledge of relevant safety regulation and quality standards.
