Job Description

To check drawing, taking off, check quantity.

To prepare BOQ, call tender, tender exercise.

To check the prices quoted in tender/quotation.

To evaluate & prepare project VO.

Preparation payment certificate of contractor and final account sourcing of contractor & material.

To attend site valuation, joint site measurement, site meeting & others to assist supervisor.

Able communicate with designer, project team, purchasing team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree/ Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Experience in preparing cost estimating, BQ, tender.

Strong communication skill.

Proficient in computer, Microsoft office.

Confident and independent.

Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
