Job Description

Handle day-to-day credit control and administration functions and activities.

Attend to purchasers enquiries.

Prepare weekly aging reports.

Prepare and issue all required letters for progress billing and payment collection.

To monitor and follow-up the progress of payment from purchasers.

To handle all documentation and coordination with solicitors and financial institutions on loan documentation and disbursement.

To handle all documentation in relation to issuance of individual titles under the new Housing Act.

To handle vacant possession inclusive coordination with internal departments.

To handle daily administration activities with property software, MHW.

Any other assigned tasks as required by your superior.

Job Requirements

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

Candidates with 2 years’ experience are preferred but fresh graduates are more than welcomed to apply.

Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Microsoft/Excel/MHW literate.

Self-motivated, committed, a team player and results oriented.

Hold a valid driving license.
