Job Description

Handle day-to-day credit control and administration functions and activities.

Attend to purchasers’ enquiries.

Prepare weekly aging reports.

Prepare and issue all required letters for progress billing and payment collection.

To monitor and follow-up the progress of payment from purchasers.

To handle all documentation and coordination with solicitors and financial institutions on loan documentation and disbursement.

To handle all documentation in relation to issuance of individual titles under the new Housing Act.

To handle vacant possession inclusive of coordination with internal departments.

To handle daily administration activities with property software, MHW.

Any other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

Candidates with 2 years’ working experience are preferred but fresh graduates are more than welcomed to apply.

Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Microsoft/Excel/MHW literate.

Self-motivated, committed, a team player and results oriented.

Hold a valid driving license.
