Our Mission

<li>Pursue sales leads for sales opportunity, attend to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and act proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target. </li><li>To support all sales and marketing activities and events whenever required by the company, including weekend/public holiday duties in sales gallery, whether locally or overseas and attend to site appointments with prospects, purchasers or agents for assigned projects. </li><li>To prepare, organize and carry out upcoming new project sales launch preparation, documents and marketing activities and materials. </li><li>To assist and support on the follow-up and coordinate on the completion of all sales transactions, sales conversions and loan drawdown of the sold properties and liaison with end financiers, solicitors and purchasers on the sales and loan documentatio1n and credit control management. </li><li>To assist in handing over the VP of units process to ensure all documentations follow the guidelines and procedures with the control of payment collections, stakeholder sum, site inspection and key collection are properly documented and smooth running. </li><li>Assist to source for database and sales opportunities to achieve corporate objectives. </li><li>To conduct market research, keep abreast with trends, demands and comparable market prices, and prepare reports as and when required. </li><li>Undertake any other ad-hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the management.</li>
