Beryl's History
Beryl’s Chocolate and Confectionery Sdn Bhd was created with one single aim – excellence. Since the company was established in 1995, our focus has been on producing the very best chocolates for both the local and global markets.
Our first factory was set up in 1995 in the small town of Desa Serdang located at the southern zone of Kuala Lumpur. From humble beginnings, our company started off by manufacturing consumer pack chocolates that were sold mainly to duty free shops and supermarkets across the country. From there, we took the first steps to establishing Beryl’s as a major regional chocolatier.
Shortly after that in 1998, we relocated and built our new factory in the Seri Kembangan Industrial Area where we increased our production lines to provide an even more diverse range of chocolate products to fulfil our promise for high quality and delicious chocolates to our customers.&nbsp;

<li>Plan and Coordinate Tours together of teams to work pre-arranged and maintain consistent schedule for festivals, agencies, school holidays, and/or any other public holidays.</li>
<li>Maintenance, distribution, and inventory control of outreach materials including stocks, promotional items, gifts merchandise, public relation materials. </li>
<li>Oversee complete routine inventory reports and to ensure stock levels are adequate based on projected and historic usage.  Immediate requirements and track usage in order to submit timely reorders and to ensure restock timeline requirements.</li>
<li>Daily reporting of event activities via the email, website and blog. Provide reliable activity updates on a daily basis to the Superior.</li>
<li>Trained, keep teams informed and up-to-date via periodic briefings and updates on daily activities undertaken during the tour.</li>
<li>Received and process incoming orders from customer.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers.</li>
<li>Responsible to maintain the quality and inspection of goods received from warehouse department with proper handling and storage. </li>
<li>To assist and arrange all goods tidily and creatively in the shop.</li>
<li>To ensure the cleanliness of the shop at all times.</li>
<li>Work closely with the customers to understand their requirements and to propose solution.</li>
<li>To attend and follow up on local and overseas customers’ enquiries.</li>
<li>Ensure services are provided to customers and handling their complaints promptly.</li>
<li>To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time. </li>
