Job Description
Responsibilities
- To involve in documentation and filling.
- To handle stock ordering and returning, sales submission and stock take for stockist and branches.
- To follow up stockist’s outstanding payment and credit limit.
- To handle new membership application.
- To handle credit card, flexi plan payment.
- To render assistance in company mega event and roadshow.
- To handle new stockist training.
- To assist in monitoring daily operations and e-commence at HQ, stockists and branches to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor stockists and branches stock movement and consignment stock ensuring proper inventory management.
- Provide operational guidance and support to stockists and branches personnel.
- To assist in resolving operational issues, customer complaints and disputes involving stockists.
- To handle correspondence with stockist inclusive letter and internal memorandum writing.
- To handle satisfaction survey of branches.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- At least Diploma holder in any related field.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Process own transportation and able to travel.
- Good interpersonal skill and time management skills.
- Proficiency languages (both reading and writing) in English, Malay and Mandarin
- Computer literate
