Job Responsibility

• Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts and assist in analyzing accounts for month end closing.
• Perform daily accounts operation, responsible for full spectrum of accounting (General Ledger, Account Payables and Account Receivables)
• Ensure fixed asset register and audit schedules are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for inter-companies’ reconciliation in a timely manner.
• Handle all Sales Tax related issues, include SST-02 submission in a timely manner.
• Ability to check and review transactions posted in accounting system and able to resolve any omission and wrong doing of entries posted in the system.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Ensure all activities handled are in compliance of internal control procedure.
• Ability to follow-up with company secretaries, auditors, bankers and external parties on finance function related matter.
• Handle ad hoc assignment as and when required by superior or management.

• Min. education requirement: Diploma in Accounting / Finance
• At least 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Aggressive and committed to work.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Languages requirements: able to read/write English, Malay, & Mandarin
