If you are obsessed with the mechanics of platforms like Polymarket or Kalshi and want to see what it’s like to build a trading ecosystem from scratch, this is for you.

What You’ll Learn & Do

You will be shipping code from week one. You will work across our entire technical stack and gain hands-on experience in:

• ⁠ ⁠AI-Driven Development: You will be expected to use AI tools to accelerate your workflow, from debugging to generating boilerplate and architectural patterns.
• ⁠ ⁠Backend & Systems: Writing high-performance services in Go (Golang) and robust APIs with Node.js/TypeScript.
• ⁠ ⁠Frontend: Building performant interfaces with React and Next.js.
• ⁠ ⁠Database: Managing and scaling real-time data with PostgreSQL.
• ⁠ ⁠Web3 & Blockchain: Integrating smart contracts using ethers.js, web3.js, Goldsky, and Privy.
• ⁠ ⁠DevOps: Learning cloud infrastructure and hosting on AWS.

Job Requirements

Who You Are (Requirements)

• ⁠ ⁠Foundational Coding Skills: You don't need to be a senior engineer, but you must know how to code "a little bit." If you understand programming logic and can build/debug basic applications, you have the foundation we need.
• ⁠ ⁠AI Power User: You must be comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance your productivity. We care about results and efficiency; if AI helps you get there properly, we embrace it.
• ⁠ ⁠The Passion: You are genuinely excited about Web3 and prediction markets. You follow the space and understand the impact of decentralized finance.
• ⁠ ⁠The Hunger: You have a massive "appetite for learning." You must be willing to dive into the documentation and figure things out quickly.
• ⁠ ⁠The Communicator: You aren't afraid to ask "why?" or "how?" We don't run on arrogance; we run on getting things done efficiently and properly.
