Internship: Sales & Partnerships

Location: Hybrid / Remote
Duration: Internship (Full-time preferred; part-time considered)
Travel: Occasional (APAC / USA, when relevant)
Compensation: Monthly stipend RM 1,000 – RM 2,000, commensurate with experience and availability

About the Internship

This internship is for a commercially curious, highly motivated individual interested in how partnerships, sponsorships, and growth actually work inside a founder-led media and investment platform.

You will support real partnership conversations, sales processes, and growth initiatives—working closely with senior leadership and gaining hands-on exposure to how deals are sourced, tracked, and executed.

This is not an observational internship. You will be trusted with real work.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and management of a partners and sponsors pipeline
     
  • Conduct research on potential partners and sponsors
     
  • Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship tracking
     
  • Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and briefing materials
     
  • Track conversations, deal stages, and next steps
     
  • Support execution of sales-adjacent marketing and growth initiatives
     
  • Assist with event-related coordination where relevant
     

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in sales, partnerships, startups, or media
     
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
     
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
     
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
     
  • Curious, coachable, and willing to learn
     
  • Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or business development is a plus (not required)
