<h3>Your Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</h3>
As an General Admin Executive, you’re tasked multiple tasks and responsibilities designed to provide seamless support to the team and organization, including but not limited to:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Handling and organizing company documentation, records, and correspondence.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Managing daily office operations such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing team events.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting with research, procurement and inventory management for office supplies and equipment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinating and preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative deliverables.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Answering phone calls, emails, whatsapp, enquiries and other correspondence promptly and professionally.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct research, information gathering , and leads verification for the company.</li>
<li>Call or email contact and leads on behalf of the company.</li>
</ul>
