Job Description

 Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment? At BIC, we are dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a General Admin Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly.   

Your Key Responsibilities 

As an General Admin Executive, you’re tasked multiple tasks and responsibilities designed to provide seamless support to the team and organization, including but not limited to:  

  • Handling and organizing company documentation, records, and correspondence.  
  • Managing daily office operations such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing team events.  
  • Assisting with research, procurement and inventory management for office supplies and equipment.  
  • Coordinating and preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative deliverables.  
  • Answering phone calls, emails, whatsapp, enquiries and other correspondence promptly and professionally.  
  • Conduct research, information gathering , and leads verification for the company.
  • Call or email contact and leads on behalf of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.  
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.  
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities; self initiative and disciplined.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or similar roles.  
  • A willing to learn attitude and a teamplayer
