Job Summary

We are looking for a Photographer / Videographer Intern to capture high-quality visual content of athletes in action and sports products in studio settings. This is a hands-on role where you will shoot, edit, and deliver professional visual assets for social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns. You should be comfortable working both in a studio environment and on-location at sports venues.

Key Responsibilities

Athlete and Action Photography/Videography

• Capture dynamic photos and videos of athletes during training sessions, product demonstrations, and live sports activities
• Shoot action sequences that showcase movement, performance, and product use
• Set up lighting, backgrounds, and camera positions for on-location shoots at sports venues
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan shot lists and storyboards for athlete content

Product Studio Photography/Videography

• Photograph sports products (equipment, apparel, accessories) in a studio setting
• Set up product photography lighting, backgrounds, and props
• Capture detailed product shots for e-commerce listings and marketing materials
• Create short product videos and 360-degree spins for marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

Post-Production and Editing

• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• Apply colour correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics
• Ensure all final assets meet platform specifications and brand standards

Equipment and Asset Management

• Maintain and care for photography and videography equipment
• Organise and archive digital files with clear naming conventions
• Assist with equipment inventory and basic troubleshooting

Content Support

• Support the social media team with visual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling and content concepts
• Stay updated on sports photography trends and techniques

Job Requirements

Must-Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Multimedia Design, Media Studies, or a related field
• Own camera equipment (DSLR or mirrorless camera with interchangeable lenses - preferred)
• Basic knowledge of photography principles: lighting, composition, exposure, and white balance
• Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for photo editing
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools for video editing
• Ability to work on-location at sports venues and adapt to different shooting environments
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have

• Experience shooting sports, action, or fitness content
• Knowledge of product photography techniques (studio lighting, product staging)
• Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
• Familiarity with gimbal operation for smooth video shots
• Understanding of social media platform specifications and content formats
• Portfolio demonstrating photography or videography work
