We are looking for energetic, friendly, and service-oriented individuals to join our Korean F&B group. As a Restaurant Service Crew, you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering warm Korean hospitality, providing excellent food and beverage service, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Job Requirements

Customer Service

• Welcome and seat guests with a warm and enthusiastic attitude.
• Present menus and explain Korean dishes, beverages, and promotions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Process bills and payments accurately.

Dining Area Operations

• Prepare tables before service and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Ensure sufficient stock of cutlery, condiments, napkins, and service items.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Product Knowledge

• Learn and understand menu items, ingredients, cooking methods, and Korean dining culture.
• Make recommendations and upsell food, beverages, desserts, and special promotions.

Teamwork

• Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods.
• Support bar and kitchen operations where necessary
