Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
As an engineer, you have the opportunity to work on the latest technology in big data area, our team have a bunch of services about Notebook, like Notebook workload on Fabric platform, notebook service backend and Synapse Studio tools.
- Response all the customer and Runner created incident and the transferred incident from other team in time
- On-call need to investigate the root cause and troubleshooting or transfer to right team or join bridge group and work with other colleague
- Summary root case and action steps for each incident
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or with a similar major
- Software design and development experience with at least one of C#/Javascript will be added advantage
- Working experience with focus in areas such as application develop/UX develop/services develop will be added advantage
- Familiar with Kusto/Sql as we need to check log data in DB
- Good writing, documentation, and communication skills in Engineering.
- Good English communication skills
