Contract Associate, Marketing – Product Management

Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable)
Salary: Up to RM3,200 per month

About the Role:
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking to make an impact in the life insurance industry? We are seeking a Contract Associate to join the Marketing – Product Management team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including new product launches and enhancements, while supporting critical aspects of user acceptance testing (UAT) and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and administrative tasks for new product launches and ongoing projects.
  • Assist in preparing test cases and conducting UAT for sales illustration programs and policy printing.
  • Help prepare medical repricing communication packs for customers.
  • Assist in proofreading marketing materials in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Provide translation support for marketing materials and policy contracts as needed.
  • Support post-implementation checks for sales illustration programs and policy printing.
  • Contribute to UAT for product engine projects.
     

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of life insurance products, understanding of life insurance operations.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A team player with strong collaboration skills.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or related field).
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in insurance, product management, or marketing support roles.
     

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of life insurance products and operations.
  • Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with documentation, proofreading, and translation tasks (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
     

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
