Job Description

 Overview:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing Kempower's A&B suppliers. This includes supplier sourcing, tendering through RFQs, supplier development, and ongoing evaluation. The role requires effective coordination with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Sourcing: Identify and onboard efficient global suppliers for Kempower.
• Tendering: Lead RFQ processes, using an open-book pricing model for all Kempower-designed products.
• Supplier Development & Evaluation: Negotiate agreements, monitor supplier performance, and coordinate development projects. Use the SRM system for supplier management and evaluation.
• Stakeholder Management: Work across departments to ensure seamless supplier cooperation and manage complex relationships with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Skills: Expertise in RFQ processes, open-book pricing, SRM tools, and supplier analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to think strategically and work with cross-functional teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Other Requirements:

• Frequent travel required.
• No direct reports, but significant decision-making authority within the raw material group.
