Product Management Executive (UAT & Product Launch Support)
Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,200 per month
Contract Duration: 12 months

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Management Executive with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience to support new product launches, product enhancements, and ongoing projects within the life insurance domain. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in structured testing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and readiness of product materials and system functionalities before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Support UAT activities end-to-end for new product launches, product enhancements, and project initiatives.
• Prepare test cases and execute UAT for sales illustration systems and policy printing.
• Participate in post-implementation checks to validate system accuracy and stability.
• Assist in UAT for product engine projects, ensuring functional and business requirements are met.
• Prepare medical repricing communication packs for customers.
• Assist in proofreading and quality-checking English and Bahasa Malaysia marketing materials.
• Provide translation support for marketing materials and policy contracts when required.
• Handle administrative tasks related to product development and launch activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1–2 years of working experience.
• Basic understanding of life insurance products and operations.
• Strong attention to detail with hands-on experience or exposure to UAT.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred: Degree or Degree with Honors).
• 1–2 years of working experience.
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products.
• Understanding of life insurance operations.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Good communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
