Sales Support Executive (Contract)
Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,200 per month
Contract Duration: Until 30 June 2026 (highly extendable)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing movements, updating group policy benefits and premium arrangements, and supporting sales operations to meet overall business targets. If you enjoy working with data, managing processes with precision, and supporting key business functions, this opportunity offers strong growth potential in a stable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle billing movements for group policy benefits, premiums, and policy arrangement updates to ensure accuracy across all EB policies.
  • Perform daily BAU billing-movement tasks and ensure completion within the required turnaround time (TAT).
  • Respond to incoming requests promptly and within TAT.
  • Deliver effective sales support as part of the team’s overall performance and target contribution.
  • Manage SST-related tasks for billing movements and ensure timely completion.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for SST enhancements and new feature rollouts.
  • Support ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Able to work independently while being an effective team player.
