Job Description
- Handle and process Part Surrender, Suspense, Maturity, and Direct Credit Facility transactions within stipulated turnaround times (TAT).
- Create payments for approved cases.
- Prepare correspondence and ensure letters are signed by authorizers and sent to agents, policyholders, or customers.
- Ensure all cases are processed accurately and within TAT.
- Support ad-hoc assignments and team initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, Finance, Management, Insurance, or Science.
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in a service-oriented industry or 1 year in life/group insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
