Job Description

Location: Near Pavillion KL

Work Mode: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 12 months, possibility for extension subject to performance

Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000

Job Scope:

  • Source, screen, interview and place candidates for various roles for the coffee shop, including baristas, service crew and support staff.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain.
  • Achieve a target of 10 to 15 successful placements per month.
  • Showcase the company’s culture and values to attract like-minded professionals.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide recruitment metrics and reports to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition in related to the F&B or coffee industry.
  • Familiarity with roles specific to the coffee industry, such as baristas, service crew and support staff.
  • Passion for coffee and the F&B industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
