Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction works. 
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule. 
• Monitor site workmanship, productivity, and compliance with safety requirements. 
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site personnel. 
• Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager / Engineer. 
• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings. 
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. 
• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. 
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are properly managed on site. 
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and support smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

* Certificate / Diploma in Construction, 

* Minimum 2–5 years site supervision experience, preferably high-rise projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction sequence and site coordination.

* Able to read construction drawings.

* Good leadership and communication skills.

* Able to work long hours and under site conditions.

* Site-based position.
